Creating office buildings of high architectural quality that last over time requires an understanding of people's needs and behaviors. But also knowledge of how the world is changing. Technological developments and increased mobility place new demands on the physical design of offices. Tomorrow's workplace is so much more than just square meters.

At FOJAB, we have broad office expertise and experience that allows us to take on projects of all scales. Conversions, adaptations of existing office buildings and new production. We create office environments with people at the center and the site's conditions in focus. We work closely with the building, interior design and landscape to create environments where outside and inside interact and form a whole.

After the renovation of Trikåfabriken at Möllevången in Malmö, we are further developing the neighborhood with a new building for creative activities. The sustainability ambitions remain high with a focus on longevity, future-proofing and minimizing the climate footprint.
