FOJAB is the largest architectural firm in southern Sweden. The company is partner-owned and has offices in Malmö, Helsingborg, Stockholm and Gothenburg. About you

You are an architect or engineer with project responsibility and a heart for leadership, architecture, relationships and employee development. You have great integrity, are responsive and are an inclusive relationship builder with a coaching approach. Your experience allows you to combine project work and people development so that everyone reaches their full potential.

We offer

We offer you to be involved in driving development in a company with architectural excellence where employee skills and development are central. You will be responsible for one of our 10 studios where employees have a wide range of skills, experiences, personalities and driving forces. You will spend most of your time working on assignments, but you will also have clearly defined personnel responsibility for around 15 people.

The studio manager role includes:

  • Be part of the Studio Management Team with the Office Manager and other Studio Managers
  • Stimulate the development of our architectural breadth and quality
  • Developing staff and studio group dynamics
  • Participate in recruitment, conduct performance and salary reviews and establish individual development plans
  • Manage and allocate work so that the right resources are available for our missions and provide value to our customers
  • Be a role model and culture bearer
  • Participate in the preparation of the Office's action and development plans

The role of mission manager includes:

  • Designing, running and managing missions
  • Maintain and manage an established network and contribute to the project inflow in the company
  • Have a business perspective that strengthens your missions and customer relationships.
  • Developing projects with high ambitions where we exceed ourselves and client expectations.
