We have a lot to do and now need to strengthen our office in Malmö with two architects who are strong in design and experienced in project planning. We are looking for you who share our interest in community properties and want to develop synergies between the different segments. With us, you do not get stuck in one category but have the opportunity to switch between different types of projects.
About you
We want you to:
- have a master's degree in architecture or equivalent and 10 years of work experience
- have an understanding and experience of working on business-driven projects
- is insightful and future-proof, building resilience in a changing world
- can balance all aspects of community real estate projects and have an understanding of the complexities involved
- can handle rapid changes and changing conditions
- can communicate in Swedish at a high level, both orally and in writing
- is a team player and enjoys working in large groups, both internally and externally
- is a designer who can express architectural ideas in graphics and visualization
- have design experience and good knowledge of Revit
- is used to dealing with other employees and has clear communication skills
- can work at all stages, from sketch to construction document
