FOJAB nominated as Real Estate Partner of the Year

FOJAB is nominated in the category Real Estate Partner of the Year in the Real Estate Øresund Award competition. The jury's motivation particularly highlights our work with computational design, 'computer-driven design'.

The award recognizes companies that through knowledge, competence and courage contribute to their client's success and results, which for us at FOJAB is central to all our customer relationships.

- It feels incredibly fun that our work with computational design is recognized in this context and we see the nomination as a confirmation of our competence and high level of ambition, says Daniel Nord, CEO of FOJAB.

Motivation of the jury: "FOJAB is nominated for having built up a team called FOJABcode over the years, with solid knowledge in the borderland between mathematics, programming and architecture. This has provided sharpened tools and increased competence in digital modeling, simulation and analysis. Several of the proprietary tools visualize the performance of buildings and cities to clarify relationships and connections that were previously difficult to understand intuitively. The toolbox includes interactive analysis tools that, from early volume sketches of buildings, estimate their performance in terms of daylight, views, energy use and flows in real time. There are also programs to simulate the development of an entire city, as an interactive support for choosing which areas should be developed, built and densified - and at what rate. In addition, FOJAB is a competent and diligent partner for a large number of players in the real estate industry and a successful competition partner with many winning projects. "

Other nominees are Datscha and Form/Design Center. The winner will be announced at a gala at Quality Hotel View in Hyllie on February 6.
