Hybrid houses and hybrid quarters

Meet the typology of the future! The hybrid building challenges today's mono-programmed buildings by being able to have several different functions - at the same time. When needs and the market fluctuate, a home can be converted into an office and vice versa without extensive remodeling. This has the potential to reduce the building's carbon footprint in the long term by reducing the need for transformation.

The hybrid block is slightly more static than the hybrid building. It combines offices, housing and services within one block. Social life is given a lot of space with good conditions for meetings between people.
