Kv. Hanna
The Hanna neighborhood is a hybrid neighborhood that brings together condominiums, rental apartments, offices, shops and care facilities. The location right next to a train station and a shopping center is used to the maximum to facilitate sustainable everyday life, with proximity to services, public transport and cycling. The program is used to manage large flows of people and noise challenges.
With Hanna, the site has been refined from dull industry - the backside of the backside - to a node with a strong identity in a new neighborhood. The broad mix in the block generates a basis for vibrant ground floors and a bustling city life towards the square. The buildings are designed to encourage spontaneous meetings. Both homes and offices face the courtyard, providing opportunities to meet and get to know each other.
Hanna consists of four buildings that enclose a courtyard of classic neighborhood character. Building A is an upright and elongated building for businesses that forms both the back and front of the main line and Burlöv's new train station. Buildings B and C are a housing association consisting of a lower part facing the square, and a tower part in the corner facing Hantverkargatan. Building D is a lower apartment building with some townhouses, which both forms a steady edge towards Hantverkargatan and at the same time meets Lillevången's residential area. The apartments have dimensions that make them flexible, furnishable and adaptable for different family constellations.
The neighborhood is built for self-management, with partly own energy production in the form of solar cells. The materials are genuine and will last a long time, with solid craftsmanship throughout. The neighborhood has a timeless expression that will last a long time.
