Information on the processing of personal data - Customer contacts

On the grounds that your employer ("customers") entered into an agreement for the purchase of services from FOJAB Arkitekter AB ("FOJAB") and in connection with that you have provided your contact details to FOJAB, FOJAB will process personal data about you and is therefore the controller of the data.

We will process personal data about you to be able to contact the Customer and otherwise fulfill our obligations under the agreement with the Customer. We will also process your personal data to send out marketing material, invitations to events, etc. aimed at the Customer. We base this processing on a balancing of interests, where our assessment is that our legitimate interest in carrying out the current processing of personal data outweighs your possible interests in not processing.

The personal data processed is contact information such as name, email address and telephone number. The data is processed by relevant individuals within our sales and marketing organization but also to the extent that our contacts relate to invoicing or similar by individuals in our finance department. You can contact personuppgifter@fojab.se if you have any questions about the treatment.

Personal data that may appear in emails, web traffic, saved documents, etc. will necessarily be processed automatically in our IT systems.

We will keep your personal data for the duration of your role as the Customer's contact person with us.

You have the right to request from FOJAB access to personal data held about you and to have it rectified if it is inaccurate. Under certain conditions, you can request that personal data be erased, that the processing of personal data be restricted and, under certain conditions, you have the right to object to processing. In some cases, you can request that certain data be transferred in machine-readable form to another controller.

If you feel that we are not processing your personal data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Swedish Data Protection Authority.
