Tenant adaptations commercial properties
Tenant adaptation means adapting a space to the needs of a new tenant - often offices, but also retail, healthcare or other types of premises. It is our job to be the property owner's best advisor and partner in helping with the leasing process!
This includes:
Needs analysis
Dialogue with the tenant to understand their organization, way of working, number of employees, brand identity and well-being factors.
Floor plan and flow
Create efficient floor plans that promote collaboration, privacy or flexibility depending on business requirements.
Design
Create an overall idea for the interior - color, materials, furnishings, lighting, acoustics - often linked to the company's identity.
Construction documents
Prepare drawings and specifications for construction.
Coordination
Collaborate with technical consultants (electrical, plumbing, fire), building owners and project managers.
Visualization
Produce sketches and visualizations, often at short notice for quick meetings with potential tenants.
Branding
Assist the property owner with the concept, USPs and branding of the building, as well as producing sales materials, brochures, etc.
