FOJAB has designed the exterior and adjacent buildings around a new, fully automated warehouse located in southern Lund. The warehouse is 22 meters high and contains a spare parts warehouse that serves large parts of the world.

The building, which opened in September 2015, has quickly become a visible landmark in and around southern Lund. For this reason, great emphasis has been placed on creating a simple, yet refined, façade that changes with the weather and time of day. The perforated, outer facade with its rounded corners is made of lacquered aluminum. The white façade encloses, like a package, the blue core where the warehouse itself is located.
