The lagoon in Landskrona has been upgraded to offer activity and recreation for a wide range of ages and interests.

The location close to the beach and the city has long been attractive but at the same time rather desolate. The skate park built in 2014 has attracted some, but otherwise there have been few activities and visitors.

Through close cooperation and dialogue with local associations, new activities have been added that have been designed based on the actual needs of the target groups. These include beach volleyball and basketball courts, techball, climbing nets, swings and other play equipment. A coherent path between the Lagoon and the water tower has been upgraded with several seating and barbecue areas in good locations facing the sound. The design of the new activity and recreation path is characterized by a deep understanding of the existing character of the site and the historical values.

Today, the street is full of activity, especially in summer. The barbecues are in full swing and different groups gather on the playgrounds and play areas.
