Senior architect/engineer with description experience, Malmö

The position is based at our head office in Malmö but means that you will also support projects at our other three offices in Sweden.

We are looking for people who
... is a qualified senior architect or engineer with many years of experience in drafting specifications.

... have experience in creating construction descriptions using the Byggtjänst web tool

... is familiar with AMA Hus

... has drawn up descriptions for both turnkey and general contracts

... is familiar with existing industry rules, including

• The Swedish Anti-Theft Association's requirements for mechanical burglary protection (SSF 200:6)
• Environmental databases, in particular Sunda Hus and Byggvarubedömningen
• Safe Water and its requirements for building technology
• Moisture safety requirements e.g.
• The Painting and Flooring Industry's wet room inspection.

... likes to work together with colleagues from the office, but also to have contact with other consultants and clients.

Your work includes retrieving requirements from the client's governing documents and working the essentials into your construction description, as well as requirements from other consultants. It is a plus if you can also support the projects in other ways, for example by drawing details.
