Accountant for our office in Malmö
We are now looking for an accountant who runs the daily financial flow at FOJAB and acts as a service-oriented link between the finance department, architects, management and customers. The position is located at our head office in Malmö, but you work towards the entire company.
Main tasks:
- Invoicing and external customer contact: run the entire invoicing process and handle customer queries regarding invoices and ledgers with a high and professional level of service.
- Accounts receivable: independent management of accounts receivable.
- Assist with some of the day-to-day bookkeeping.
- Accounting support: Assisting the Accounting Officer with monthly and annual accounts.
- Internal support: support to the architects in charge of the project on issues such as project set-up and invoicing documents.
- Management of customer contracts.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education as an accountant (YH or university).
- Approximately 3-5 years of operational experience, preferably from an architectural or consulting firm.
- Very good system skills. Experience with project tools such as Brilliant and/or Silverbucket is an advantage.

FOJAB is one of Sweden's leading architectural firms with around 170 employees. The company is employee-owned and has offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and Helsingborg. The head office is located on Friisgatan in Malmö where about 100 people work. This is also where most of the staff is located, which you will be a part of.
