Concept development is the creative and analytical process by which we develop the overall idea that will guide the whole project. It is a tool to create a strong, coherent and meaningful spatial experience.

A clear concept serves as a common thread throughout the project. The concept is expressed in both words and images and guides all design choices - from floor plan to materials, colors, details, lighting.
