Exploitation analysis

We work proactively to scan for potential sites and properties to create added value for our clients and the city. This can involve the development or conversion of existing properties or new construction on an empty site.

The potential of a possible project is pressure-tested in the form of program and volume studies, surface calculations and sketches. These form the basis for an exploitation calculation and further for decisions on suitability or choice of route.

Often the sketch work leads to an application for planning permission or, if the project fits within the current detailed plan, to a program document and building permit application.
