The neighborhood is designed to create meetings between people, says architect Joachim Lundquist at FOJAB. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"04FBrdtext\">A new silhouette has emerged next to the Southern Main Line. The Hanna block is located right next to the new commuter station in Burl\u00f6v, which opened in 2023. A backside has become a frontside; a dull industrial site has been refined into a multi-purpose district with rental apartments, condominiums, offices, retail and services. The construction of Hanna marked the start of the Burl\u00f6v station area, a new district that, when fully developed, will contain around 1,000 new homes, offices, shops and services.<\/p>\n<p class=\"04FBrdtext\"><strong>Life around the clock<\/strong><br \/>\nThe location between the train station and the Burl\u00f6vs Center shopping center creates good conditions for trade and other services in the block. In addition to offices, the commercial part also includes a health center, child care center and public dentistry, and towards the station square there is a restaurant, caf\u00e9 and hairdresser. The residential parts contain 56 condominiums and 55 rental apartments. The apartments have dimensions that make them flexible, furnishable and adaptable for different family constellations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"04FBrdtext\">- The multi-purpose district provides the conditions for people to meet. There will be life and movement here around the clock. During the day, the block is filled with caf\u00e9 visitors, train passengers, office workers, healthcare patients and hairdressers. At weekends, evenings and nights, people live their lives in the apartments, on the balconies and in the common courtyard,\" says Joachim Lundquist, architect in charge at FOJAB.<\/p>\n<p class=\"04FBrdtext\"><strong>Tension between external and internal<\/strong><br \/>\nIn contrast to the public square is the quieter and more private courtyard, the heart of the neighborhood. Balconies, windows and lofts open onto the courtyard from both residential and office spaces, providing opportunities to meet and get to know each other. The block also has two roof terraces, one of which is on the 14th floor with views for miles in four directions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"04FBrdtext\">Trianon has built the Hanna block for its own management through the company Burl\u00f6v Center Fastighets AB, where Sofie Karlsryd is CEO. She believes that Hanna can be a good boost for development in the rest of the station area. The district's distinctive buildings are visible from afar on the Scanian plain and give the place new weight.<\/p>\n<p class=\"04FBrdtext\">- We believe in Burl\u00f6v as a growth municipality and we hope that the apartments can attract new residents.
