We are looking for you who...
... is an architect or planning architect with a focus on urban design and formal planning. You are at your best in the early stages and have your strength in strategic and innovative thinking.
... is a junior supervisor or experienced staff member, with a Master's degree and at least five years' experience.
... is fluent in spoken and written Swedish.
... have knowledge of the planning process and PBL and experience of working with structural plans, urban development strategies and detailed plans.
... have drive and curiosity and enjoy developing architecture in collaboration with others. You are goal-oriented, committed, opportunity-oriented and offer your knowledge and experience.
... is used to trying out new digital tools and is comfortable working in Focus Detaljplan.
Urban development at the forefront
FOJAB offers complete expertise in urban development, from early vision sketches and investigations to formal master and detailed plans, dialog processes and concrete design of the specific details of the small place. We have particular experience of complex urban development assignments in existing environments, transformation of, for example, industrial and commercial areas, additions with major cultural-historical values. We have a particularly clear profile of transformation at the neighborhood scale and reuse within green and blue structures that increase biodiversity, urban resilience and residents' quality of life. We are at the forefront of digitization, analysis tools and work in smart BIM model from the first sketch.
