With knowledge of both formal planning and private real estate development, we work as process and investigation support. We identify key issues and risks, coordinate stakeholders and balance different interests. By understanding the perspectives of different parties, we can navigate complex processes and drive projects forward.

Our conviction is that the city is best shaped together and we therefore work closely with clients, specialists, authorities and citizens using methods based on dialog and participation. Examples of these include developer dialogue, citizen dialogue and design dialogue.

Citylab promotes a systematized process management to be able to run projects for sustainable development of the city, for residents, workers and visitors. At FOJAB, we have extensive experience of working with Citylab and can navigate the Citylab toolbox, from early planning to implementation and management. In addition, we also have trained Citylab coordinators.
